Am I the only one?

To have something wrong with them all the time?

Without fail there's always something: migraine, headache, stomach ache, tooth ache, reflux, dry eyes, bites, cramps, muscle aches etc etc

These are all run of the mill examples but honestly, there is never a day without something.

My husband is sick to the back teeth of me saying "x hurts".

It's like my body is hypersensitive. Hypersensitive to all feelings. I don't know if I'm articulating myself well but it's as if every bodily sensation is permanently heightened.

Is anyone else similar?

I am the same, for example this week I've had stomach ache, then back/kidney ache, whilst that has gone today I now have terrible cramp in my foot, and the sniffles, I am pretty much feeling ill every day of the week for the last couple of years Envy

I wonder whether I have fibromyalgia, as I hurt a lot after exertion as well

If you focus on things that are irritating but not serious it becomes habitual and you can become hyper aware.

I have a myriad of issues, but I try and get on with things more for myself than anyone around me, otherwise I wouldn't get out of bed!

Moan to yourself, bash a few pillows, have a cry, but if you keep moaning for minor issues, most people just switch off. You have my sympathy if it is any use to you.

You are not alone OP.

I am a generally healthy person but over last year I feel same, aches, pains, headache, migraine, cough, cold, feeling sick, all low level but making me feel less than 100%.

Maybe it's inevitable signs of ageing (turned 60 12 months ago)

It's just so draining. I'm 34 fgs! It's generally like my body is just hyper sensitive

Are you getting enough sleep? I used to be like this but then lockdown happened followed by near permanent wfh and no commute meant getting up later and that hour seems to make all the difference.
