What does low blood pressure feel like?

I'm 21 weeks pregnant and whenever I've had my blood pressure recorded in my notes it's always been a bit low (90/60 ish). I haven't had it taken for a while but I've been feeling so off lately and wondered if it is maybe low blood pressure. Just feel really exhausted and as though my heart is weak and nausea has returned. I also get a yawning feeling in my body/chest.(I've had loads of tests on my heart before due to palpitations so I don't think it's this). Wondering what low blood pressure feels like to others who have it?

I have low blood pressure I go dizzy when I stand up and move too quickly, I also feel nauseous on a 'bad' day. Dr has referred me to the hospital for further tests but I got a letter today saying 30 week wait!

I have low blood pressure. For me it's mainly dizziness. If I get up suddenly blood rushes to my head. I did faint when pregnant (i went swimming before bfast and fainted afterwards so make sure I eat and drink regularly).

I had it years ago but it has since fixed itself as I have got older.

My symptoms were depression, fuzzy head and tiredness (took me all the time to get out of bed in the morning) but it improved as the day wore on.

OP- What do you mean by 'my heart is weak'??? What is a yawning feeling in your chest? Pain- or something else???

Have you had a recent blood test to check you aren't anaemic? Low blood pressure and anaemia can present with similar symptoms- feeling tired, feeling faint/dizzy on standing or when doing exercise. You can buy a blood pressure machine for under £20 online, from argos, boots etc and check your pressure yourself. I'd be speaking to GP or MW about getting further tests done to see if someone else is going on.

I have very low blood pressure. I had no idea two symptoms were depression and tiredness (suffered from both for years.) I always thought it was better than high blood pressure and have never really looked into it. Have fainted a few times though - which may be related.

I got covid at 14 weeks pregnant and they think I bad low blood pressure.

I went all weak from head to toe and had this sensation come over me then my bearing went for about 2 minutes. I was very close to fainting but luckily it didn't. Lasted about 5 minutes and it was hideous.
