Good evening
I have had an ongoing sore throat for nearly 3 weeks now, hurts to swallow & occasionally ear ache.
I had my tonsils removed when I was younger so the only visible thing to see is a really red throat and a small white patch with little red veins coming from it.
I have been to my doctors a week ago & they gave me antibiotics & ordered a blood test checking for glandular fever.
I find out the result tomorrow. Looking online I don't seem to have all the symptoms of glandular fever, I'm not tired & I don't have a fever.
I'm normally fit & healthy I'm 28 but this is really starting to bother/worry me. It's constant pain, even when taking pain medicines.
So has anyone else had a constant sore throat?
