Scalp issues - dermatitis??

Hello

My husband has been suffering with an itchy and inflamed scalp/neck on and off for a while. What does this look like to you guys? Scalp Eczema? Dermatitis?

A few red patches across his scalp, not overly itchy but quite flakey. Also a few red patches on his neck and chest.

Anything OTC worth trying to phone GP? Thanks all x

It could be psoriasis?
You could try a medicated shampoo like nizoral or t gel and see if that improves it

That looks likes Seb dermatitis- try Nizarol shampoo.
