ECG help

I had a 24 hour ECG trace done a while ago because my heart rate was seemingly getting quite high (for context I am on propranolol for anxiety, never exercise!) and I got a response from my drs surgery today.
They said I am in sinus rhythm and the ECG is mostly normal but one of the wave patterns needs a specialist to look at it. They couldn’t say what wave or what the issue was. Having a little wobble now that something is up with my heart. I’m reluctant to google in case I scare myself but wondering if anyone has any ECG knowledge of what this could be or is there a million things this could be??

There are a million things it could be (I'm a HCP and have seen thousands of ECGs). It could be something that's always been there as some 'abnormal' waves are common and benign. Try not to worry, it may very well be of no concern
