Bunion corrector /pain relief

I have a large bunion. With already wide feet shoes are a killer. My big toe is now starting to overlap.
Im terrified for surgery. And atm its not possible due to just starting a business that i need to drive for daily. Not driving isnt an option.
So want some sort of pain relief /support

For example the circumference round from bunion under foot over in a loop is 27cm! So as u can imagine, anything too chunky would make even fitting the very few shoes that fit even tighter

I suffer from bad bunions on both feet - I also have horrendous health anxiety so I do anything and everything to avoid surgeries or being poked and prodded. The only solution I found is open toe shoes. Not ideal for winter - but, it's the only thing that doesn't result in very sore feet!
