Surgery after broken nose

DS is 7 and has broken his nose several times. It's now extremely wonky inside and he's started snoring. Does anyone know if this is something that would be fixed whilst he's still growing or best left until he's finished growing? Don't want to bother the GP for a referral if it's best to wait until the bones are fully grown.

I know that many places won't do surgery while the risk of future fractures is still high, they may expect Martial arts to be stopped etc How has your son sustained so many injuries?

It's very easy @choosername1234. I've broken mine several times.

He's very energetic, plus has adhd, and takes little care whilst bombing around at full speed!

Someone I know had this done as an adult after breaking his nose as a teenager
The recovery is not very nice - I can't imagine they would do it to a young child
