I'm so sick of this recurring headache I have. It's really bad at the moment. My sinuses ache. No snot though. My eyes burn a little.
Doctor has prescribed me hayfever/allergy tablets. I've been on them a week no difference yet. I've also been taking OTC nasal spray for 2 weeks again no difference.
Doctor checked me over said it's not a sinus infection...but I when he asked me if it was tender above my eyes as he touched my lower forehead, I said no as it's not tender on the skin but they hurt inside. Now I'm worried that it is a sinus infection but he didn't pick up on it because I didn't explain it properly. I always feel so rushed when I'm there.
Paracetamol and ibuprofen don't make a difference so I don't take them anymore. This has been going on for at least a year.
Please give me a good news story of how you've had this and got over it. I need some hope!!
