Is this a uti or cystitis?

As would happen I'm on holiday I started Sunday evening with a constant burning pain in and around vagina after a bowel movement I suffer from constipation a lot and probably strained a bit which seems to have caused the continuing burning in vagina.
The burning won't go away been awake all night and I've been in and out the toilet all night with urgency to wee but only small amounts come out, it starts to run down my leg if I don't get into the bathroom quick enough,
Now after going again for a little urgent wee the urine looked tinged and when I wiped myself there was red blood and watery blood, I post menopause no period since 2016 but suffered bleeding on off for a year or so after finishing periods.
The main worry is I got sepsis from a uti nearly two years ago and was in a bad way, I've suffered with many uti's over the years but have never had blood on wiping before?
I actually have a 4 day antibiotic with me for a uti given to me by my doctor 18 months ago as a precaution whilst my urine was tested at lab it came back clear hence she told me to stop the antibiotics and I kept the four day antibiotics as an emergency and carry with me when I go away since because I'm so scared of getting sepsis again.
No idea if the antibiotics are even in date? I'm rambling because I'm scared should I start the antibiotics without checking with a doctor here?
I'll be home Wednesday night if that matters TIA

Can you see a doctor where you are if you’re very worried? Or call yours from where you are?

There should be a use by date on the Abs. If they're in date, then use them.

I'm sure the official advice is to seek medical advice ASAP as these things can go to your kidneys. However, I have always managed to clear UTIs (even as you're describing, with red blood when wiping) just by drinking gallons and gallons of water.

Take the antibiotics . It really sounds like a UTI you poor thing x

Thank you for your kind replies, antibiotic are in date so I took one this morning 500mg keflex, the burning has actually eased to very mild now thank god for a break from it but I'm getting random quick dull pain just above my knicker line every now and then.
I think I'll continue with the antibiotics until I can get home and speak to my doctor hopefully x

Just to add I haven't seen any blood on wiping since but the wee still looks slightly tinged in toilet bowl

I had one recently & had blood after wiping & blood in my wee, course of antibiotics seemed to sort it out

If you're having pain in the vagina area it would be an idea to try to work out if the blood is coming from there rather than the urine. Are you taking any HRT as some can make you have some bleeding?

Hi all, no I've never taken hrt
More red blood running down toilet after weed this evening but not on wiping, definitely only comes out when I wee
Have never had red blood with a uti even when I got sepsis from one, of course blood was always found on the dipsticks but not visible to the eye like this time
Comforting to know others have had blood too.. I was really scared
Belly is a bit burny achy at times but constant burning around vagina area gone hopefully the antibiotics will work take the second one tonight
