I’m having a bit of a panic and would be so grateful of an opinion!
Last night the bottom, lower part of palm of my hand randomly started to really hurt, like a cramp. I then noticed a rash, under the skin. It wasn’t itchy.
I slept fine, the rash has gone however I’ve been left with a weird bruise. Any ideas?! I panic constantly so am trying to talk myself out of stuff…
There’s some very very mild achiness now and some in my shoulder too, which I think is because i’ve been holding my arm weirdly all day :/
