My 10 month old was sick a few times on Thursday and had one bout of diarrhoea but aaa otherwise ok.
Last night me and my son at the same time fell ill, me with nausea and severe diarrhoea and him vomiting several times.
My kids stayed at their Dad's on Friday who had guests round, and both guests have fallen ill last night too.
I ache all over, keep having diarrhoea, I'm cold and feel sick. My son has slept a lot and had a couple of ice pops.
What could this be? I'm phobic of vomiting so I'm terrified. How long is this likely to last?

So sorry for you, I hate vomiting too and this was us last week, it's just horrendous.

If it started last night I think you will probably feel much better very soon, shouldn't take longer than 24 hours, you are almost there! If you haven't vomited so far as well, I think it's unlikely you will now.

Do you have diarolyte? For me, dehydration prolongs the nausea and feeling awful, once I had a Diarolyte I felt a million times better.

Sounds like it started with your 10 month old? Do they go to nursery? It's probably just a virus they've now passed on to you all. Good luck!

Was coming in to say dioralyte. Tiny sips, tastes disgusting, but definitely helps you feel less awful. Usually vomiting 24hrs, nausea up to a week after. Don’t expect to do much for several days after you stop vomiting if it is noro.

Thanks everyone. I'm almost 24 hours in, I've got a temp of 38.3, headache and very shivery and nauseous. X
