I’ve just returned from holiday with really cracked heels. It’s so painful I can’t put pressure on them. Does anyone have any tips or advice?

Buy Flexitol heel balm.

CCS cream is brilliant- I think it’s as good as Flexitol which is the better-known brand, but it smells nicer! Soak your feet in warm water, then slather loads on and put socks on. Do it twice a day, keep socks on at night if you can. It’ll be really sore for a few days but if you keep up the soaking/cream/socks routine you’ll feel a lot better soon.

Same routine as @GiantCheeseMonster but with palmers foot magic (smells nicer than flexitol and I found it works better for me.

Thanks for your suggestions, I’ve ordered the creams which should be with me today so hopefully no more tip toe walking. I’ll try the foot soaking/cotton socks too. I have a Sholl dry skin remover roller thing, do you think it will help or should I wait until it’s healed?

Sand them down and start again?
If they’re cracked right down to the healthy new tissue - so if they’re bleeding for example, the probably need to heel before you attack them with a dry skin remover thing.
