Spot in nose

I've got this massive spot in my nose.
Which I presume must get there from me sneezing so much.
Is there anything I can put on it to help it heal/go away?

Try Savlon cream/any other antiseptic cream on the outside for a few days.

Would it work on the outside if the spot's on the inside then?

It's like a lump.

The cream soaks in. So as long as it is just a spot it will work. It's just tackling it from the other side. It's worked for my husband when he's had a spot on the inside of his nose. Put the cream on the outer side & within a couple of days it's gone.
