Awful heat rash in stomach fold now weeping - warning - photo attached

Hi fellow Mumsnetters
So it's been boiling the past few days and I have developed a rash in my stomach fold - I'm not as thin as I was pre kids but not huge I'm a 14-16 - what should I do with this???

I've tried sudocrem, baby powder nothing is working and it's stinging a bit and it's got worse this evening - I only ever wear cotton underwear I'm trying to keep it as clear as I can

Try your GP, my daughter had similar but not as bad, sent a photo and they prescribed an antibiotic cream which cleared it up.

You need canestan hc- anti fungal and steroid.

Rather than going on recommendations from posters here how about a trip to your local pharmacy? They should be able to sort you out. It looks sore, I hope it improves soon for you.
