Long story short, I have had some pain in my ankle for a while now. I kept meaning to make a GP appointment but I just didn't get round to it.
I bumped it quite gently last night, there was an audible pop, sudden swelling and a lot of pain. I spoke to a pharmacist friend and she recommended NICER which I did overnight and I did manage to get a bit of sleep.
I've called the surgery and a GP is going to call me shortly but what are they likely to say? Will I have to go to A&E?
If anyone has any knowledge of be really grateful.
