Does teething cause a temperature??

I'm confused as some people say it does and somepeople say it doesn't???

DD has 4 teeth all coming through at the top and is getting over bronchiolitis.

Yesterday and today she has had fevers and I dont know wether to out it down to teething or catching yet another bug?!

it can cause a slightly higher temperature then normal, but it shouldn't cause a fever - most likely she has another bug.
