3 years ago I started bleeding every time I had a bowel movement.
went to docs they did full investigations and all tests came back normal (including blood tests and the one with the camera I’ve forgotten what it’s called).
symptoms stopped so consultant signed me off on the basis that ‘sometimes things happen to our bodies that we can’t explain’. Wasn’t overly impressed but as I wasn’t suffering any more I let it go.
a few months ago it started again. I held off seeing gp as my consultants words just kept going through my head and I didn’t want to waste anyones time. But it was really getting me down so I went back and they’ve since run more bloods which again have come back normal.
they were happy to leave it at that but I’ve pushed for a referral which I am now getting but in the meantime I thought I would ask some random strangers on the internet what they thought it might be seeing as I’m not getting anywhere fast right now!
they ruled out piles, diverticulitis, cancer
