Had a pre-prepared Couscous veggie salad (Waitrose) for lunch at weekend. It was already use by 3rd August and tasted fine first time. I left it in fridge for 2-3 days and ate it on Saturday and was as sick as a dog in the evening. Hadn't eaten anything else bad and have done 2 x Covid tests since.

I feel better now - was on nothing/water and plain toast/crackers etc and eggs for some of yesterday.

I still have a nasty headache though, is this dehydration?

it could be, or you might have a bug and it's not due to the salad. If you don't have any rehydration tablets try adding a pinch of salt and sugar to squash.

It could well be if you can stomach them try some ready salted crisps and a glass of lemonade or cola.

@emmathedilemma - will try doing that.

@Mrsjayy - trying that too.

Had usual blueberries, yogurt and granola breakfast which was ok but slight diarrhoea after it, but usually get dodgy stomach due to menopause anyway.

Think will have plain crackerwheat and maybe omelette for lunch.

How are you today?

@Mrsjayy - much better today thanks!

Yesterday just had crackers without spread, Rich Tea, another omelette, plain and jacket potato and did try salt/sugar in Orange Squash.

Think I got off fairly lightly.
