What are these spots on my foot?

Hello, I noticed a couple of small flat red marks on my foot ( inner arch) a few weeks ago, and have now been joined by a couple more. My feet are axhong a fair bit right now and my 2 big toes are a little red around the nail, though not enough to be noticeable. Any ideas?

I'd like to know, as I have them myself!

Are they itchy?

cherry angiomas? (The picture loads quite blurred on my device so this might not be helpful!)

Are they like tiny blisters with fluid inside if popped/ scratched too hard?
f so, I get these - usually associated with hot weather/ hot feet and rubber shoes or synthetic fibre socks.

Its a heat rash. Steroid cream can help.

It could also be Pompholyx

DD had these when she was younger - we went to the doctor and he said it was eczema.

I have dyshidrotic eczema (aka pompholyx) on the soles of my feet but also get spots like that in the summer under my sandals
