Paediatric Thyroxine levels - normal ranges?

I have googled all over the place to find info on normal ranges for a 3.5 yr old (which are diff to newborn).

I found TSH should be between .27 and 4.2 but cannot find T4 and T3 levels.

Is there a more expert googler than me or a parent with first hand knowledge of this?

I can give you ins and outs of adult T3/4 but useless as completely diff for kids.

TIA
