Bump on roof of mouth

Sorry for gross pic! Anyone know what this is?!
on the roof of my mouth and not painful at all. I’ve only just noticed it but I have a feeling it’s been there before.
I’ve been suffering from ulcers this week but they hurt and don’t look like this
I happen to be seeing the dentist later this week, but I’m just a bit puzzled

Sorry I know this is totally weird to reply so late but did you ever find out what it was? I have similar for a few months and worrying if I should go to the doctor or dentist!

i am the OP but changed my name.
Dentist referred me to hospital and had it checked out (they weren’t worried about it but wanted to cover themselves). Doctor said thought benign but I should get it lazered off.
so showed up for my removal appointment and I freaked out by the needle that would have to go into the roof of my mouth, and doctor said straight away don’t worry about it - it’s harmless and told me to leave it if I was worried about procedure.
so I’m keeping my random mouth bump (unless it grows and then I’m straight back to the doc!)
hopefully that made sense… little tipsy…
do get it checked out if you have similar though
