Period cramps feel like indigestion

Overdue my period by 4 days (not unusual). Started with a bit of pain today so assumed cramps but actually it's more under my ribs, like indigestion.... Anyone else experience this?

Yes I do. Mine always feels like trapped wind. And my bowels hurt and I sometimes get constipated. I'm due in 2 days. Can't wait 😐

Trapped wind? I usually get it around the time my period is due or when I'm ovulating
