Bugs crawling sensation under skin after vaccine

I went on non hormonal birth control after getting the vaccine last year and started having these strange sensations. Bugs crawling under my skin everywhere, feeling like a washing machine on spin inside of me, violent spasms everywhere, vibrations in my core, feeling of rain/water running under my skin, feeling like cobweb on my face all of these sensations are 24/7. So far all scans and blood tests are clear. Any suggestions?

Do you mean after covid vaccine? I had this for a few days after covid in December, i had loads of very visible fat veins all over my body appear and it seemed like there were worms literally crawling inside my body, one vein was so big it created a bulge on my tummy during my period, it went away after a while and scan didn't show anything.
