Weird elbow rash (with photos)

I've had this rash on my elbow approximately 2 weeks now. Feels slightly raised, not sore but very itchy at times. Don't want to bother gp if it's something minor/will self resolve so thought I would ask ye wise mumsnetters for advice.

it looks a bit like ringworm, which is a fungal infection. Show your local pharmacist and seeat they can give you

Definitely ask a pharmacist. I ask mine all sorts of questions - they are so helpful. I have a chronic health condition so mine knows me by name 😂

Thanks for the link @cathcath2 😀 I'm curious where I could have gotten ringworm from. Seems to be commonly caught from animals but I don't have any pets and haven't been in contact with any cats/dogs etc recently.

You can catch it from any infected person so if you have kids check them too! What did the pharmacist say?

It could be some other fungal infection/psoriasis/eczema. If the pharmacist has no idea, you need to book a GP appointment.
