Very small moveable mini lump on back of hand

Feel daft asking this so please be gentle ... last few days I have a really small lump under skin on back of hand - if I touch it I can move it actiss my hand underneath the skin - it doesn't hurt - no idea what it is ? I haven't been bitten and it doesn't hurt but for sone reason it bothers me

No it doesn't look like a ganglion cyst

It's really small - like 3 grains of rice stick together / it doesn't hurt but I can "push" it to move across the back of my hand .....

I have one on one of my toes
