Just had a very short period - 2 1/2 days. Wondering if this is normal.
Last period was 18 December and it was the usual quite heavy for 2 days and then gradually tapered out over the next 5/6 days. This one started Sunday 13th, quite heavy for one day then light and stopped completely Tuesday afternoon, not even a tiny drop since then.
Only time I had somethign like this before I was pregnant! I had implantation bleeding during my last two pregnancies but much less blood. Am not currently taking contraceptive so it is (gulp) possible but I did bleed a lot. Or this short period could just be a perimenopausal symptom - I am 42 1/2.
Anyone like to share their experiences. Thanks (feeling a bit nervous now!)
