Fisil, depends on how tight you do your nappies . DS has developed thrush but Canesten is working a treat, he has only been painted twice and it is already looking better. Doesn't stop him being a mardy grump though . . .

By the way, I have been told two different times for administering. the pharmacist said it should be 2 hours before a feed (this I overheard after I had asked if it could be added to formula - wouldn't have known otherwise), but when I spoke to my sister (a nurse) she said it should be after, which makes better sense . . . unfortunately I have been doing it 20 mins before a feed and the course is nearly over - do you think I have done much damage so to speak? DS seems to be his usual self and the cough is going (he slept from 9/9.30 until 8.30 this morning so something must be good right?)
