hello

I breastfead dd for 2.4y, stopped in October.
since then I have a blister which sometimes has a white head like a spot.
My GP says it is nothing when I saw her last year, and to just leave it.

I had no pain no disconfort no lumps or any other changes in the breast itself. however lately it has been sore. sometimes it is barely noticeable sometimes it is quite prominent.
Any ideas help welcome with thanks

also GP was shocked I had BF for so long, don't think she is an expert in the field

right at the risk of sounding a ditz around my nipple i have little white spots anyway not to sure what they are as ive never breast fed so im not really up on that subject, but maybe one of them has got infected?

It sounds like a milk blister /bleb. You can pop it with a sterile needle.... no problem , it is very sore though!

many thanks all, not sure how I will pop it though not afraid of needles but would rather someone else did it
