Got this shitty bug thats been going round last thursday night. Up all night sick but it went away on Saturday morning. Still feeling really nauseous and if i try to eat something i feel sick again. Does anyone know if thats normal and how long it takes generally to recover from it. Thanks!

I wonder if my son has a mild version of it, he had pins and needles feeling in his stomach on sunday onwards and felt sick, but wasn't. I have tried him on real food but the pains in his stomach just keep on being there, varying in intensity according to whether he eats or not. Less pain if he's just on liquids.He's been asking me when he will feel ok again.

How are you this morning? I guess that however your body is reacting is normal for what you have got. It does truly want you to get better. Same with my son.

Does distraction with videos work?

my kids have each thrown up copiously for an hour or two, then been fine.

ive felt nauseous but no puking.
