Understanding pelvic ultrasound results

I've had an ultrasound, but don't understand the results.

My uterus is a normal shape, but bulky and heterogenous in reflectively.

I have two fibroids (subserosal 34x33x29mm and lateral intramural 15x15xx17mm).

There was a very poor endometrial-myometrial interface and it was
therefore not possible to adequately assess the endometrium or obtain
an endometrial thickness.

Impression: Uterine fibroids. Poor endometrial-myometrial interface so
not possible to adequately assess endometrium

What exactly does that mean? It makes me feel a bit of a failure that my interface is very poor and my uterus is bulky.

Does this mean adenomyosis? The sonographer said I needed to discuss further tests with my GP, the GP has just noted that I have fibroids
