Walking and yoga. Works for me and I have the best arse in the world, my dh says so.

Do you go to a yoga class or use a dvd?

Dh won't play squash with me. have asked him, but he says i just stand there waiting for the ball to come to me and I complain when he hits it too hard. Squash is pretty brutal.

Used to go to a class, (we are near the yoga foundation) now I just use what they have taught me.
Someone on here did recommend a dvd to another mner though. I'll see if I can find the thread.

Laz - why don't you just join a squash club if that's what you want to do? You can put your name on a list and you just get games with others who want the same - meet new people too

2 easy exercises - one is just to clench and then relax your buttocks. Do about 20 at a time, and just do this as many times as you can during the day.

Second, sit on the floor, raise your knees, and 'walk' along the floor using only your buttocks.

No need for the gym!

Just found a ladies only gym that does poledacise, and it's just round the corner from my house! I know it's a bit chavvy but I wouldnt mind swinging round a pole.

What are MBT's?
