BONE DENSITY SCANS!!! (oh, and ttc)

I have a bone density scan on the 31st in preparation for probable heparin injections and i dont know what to expect. please tell me!

also it falls on CD21, is it safe to ttc this month?

don't know about what the actual scan would be like but it involves radiation so ttc most likely not a good idea - sorry Why don't you ring the hospital though and ask the dept - they won't mind and will be aswering this sort of thing all the time. Good Luck with it all anyway - is this at the Liverpool Women's Hospital? I mentioned to you a while back that I had met a woman who they had helped - saw her again today with her new and gorgeous baby! Praying for the same for you

i just feel that we've turned a very real corner. this time last year i was pg with my ep bean and ive been so scared that my body was constantly failing, and that my desire for another baby would leave ds motherless in the end, yet i was unable to stop.

But now it feels like all the pieces are slotting together and there is a very real possibility that this time next year there will be another baby. we're doing everything we can, andnow so are the doctors.
