I had a 5 day heart monitor on last week (following some chest pain 4 months earlier, where no cause was found).
I've just had a message from the GP to arrange a virtual "routine appointment" to discuss the results.
Firstly it annoys me when they send messages like that out on a Friday evening as I'll now worry about it between now &Monday (& then until I can get an appointment).
But more importantly, if it's not urgent, any idea of what kind of things shows up? I have a fairly high (although not abnormal) resting heart rate & am already on BP tablets to keep that under control.
Trying not to worry, but stressing out a bit.
