Anybodies DC had one/two? what age do they normally have them done? thanks

Thanks, DD is 10 and is just becoming aware that she has "sticky out" ears (in her words)

I'm always glad my parents took the decision to get mine fixed, I remember it clearly and it was all fairly simple and straight forward

I had mine done at about 24 - I had desperately wanted them done as a child and my mother just said it was vain - I was terribly self conscious about my ears ! I wish she had let me have them done - but I understand now I am a mother that she didn't want me undergoing what she felt was an uneccessary anaesthetic !
