How do I find decent good quality supplements? No artificial sweeteners/sugars or fillers in them.

My DD has a what I believe to be post viral fatigue.
blood tests came back ok but she’s exhausted after 4 viruses since December.
she feels like she’s carrying a lead weight around with her.

she eats well but since having campylobacter she gets bouts upset tummies and can’t take spicy food/ caffeine/artificial sweeteners.

I want to get her a supplement that will help her immune system and hopefully give her some energy but I'm
wary of just buying one from the health shop. They make all sorts of claims but I’d rather get one that’s just got good ingredients in it. Happy to pay for the right product.
