How long does it take well pharmacy to prepare a prescription?

I ordered my meds on Monday, my iron is low and I’m low on my tablets so I ordered them in good time as the website says 7 days from order until delivery, so on Thursday the order was approved and being prepared it’s now Monday and it’s still being prepared and has not been shipped! Anyone know with well Pharmacy generally how long they take to approve meds?

The website advises to order 2 weeks in advance too

It also says 7 working days so won't include weekends

I stopped useing Well pharmacy as this happened to me as well. I frequently need my meds urgently due to multiple health problems. and asked them not to send them to the hub to get processed. You can do this, by the way. I moved to another pharmacy because one of their staff was so rude so I’m not a fan.
