Hopefully thats made you look! Had my results today of a blood cholestorel test - all the nazi receptionist at the doctors surgery would tell me was that the result was 'very good'. I asked if there was a number or anything (I think that you have to be below 5.5 or something??)& she said no. So anyone any idea what 'very good' could mean? 5? 4? -2? (ok maybe negative would be abit silly...). Thankyou!

She's talking bollox you know! what does very good mean anyway? You'll be best making an appt with GP to ask details, then you'd know if any further treatment/testing was needed.
very good could mean - congratulations you've managed an all time high or very good its rather low.

Twiglett - not looking for prizes, just a number . BeeEm thanks for your more generous response & yes, exactly! Only went as my optician 'advised' me to go after my eye test (its amazing what they can tell from the back of your eye apparently). Will probably have to see the doc then, god how dull.....will feel like I'm wasting her time almost - hey ho.
