Teen nose bleeds back after being cauterised

My DS 15 has had bleeds since Christmas that became more frequent. Went to A&E with 10 minute long heavy one as advised by GP and ENT saw him and cauterised it (they saw 3 spots of weakness). All has been fine since then until last night. 4.30 - his usual bleed time and he had another
Not too heavy and stopped within minutes but my health anxiety is in overdrive. How long/ how many more occurrences should I wait before going back?
I'd be grateful for anyones shared experience here please. Thank you!

My son has had it done twice now. They has a proper look with a camera the second time, which wasn't fun but was reassuring that there was no sinister cause. He is asthmatic which they said is a contributing factor.

I would go back if he has another after this, I remember them saying the first time that he would probably need it repeating.

Thanks. That's somewhat reassured me so I appreciate it. I guess I was lulled into thinking it was ok then boom, felt so upset for him that it started up.
