Pituitary Gland Sheehan Syndrome

Does anyone here have Sheehan Syndrome? Can you tell me what your symptoms were and how you were diagnosed? Does a partial empty fossa on a brain MRI coincide with diagnosis? I can find very little about this online.

Did you get anywhere with this @Mumma02 ?

I don't have it, but a partial empty fossa, symptoms of low thyroid function, with a history of major post partum haemorrhage would point me to think of Sheehans

@Rainbow2116 no I haven't. I had some pituitary tests done...cortisol, prolactin, thyroid, LH and FSH...all came back in range. Cortisol is debatable though as I've read pre 9am result should be 400+ and mine was 297!
