I'm after some advice. DS1 is 9wks old, had a bad cold for a week and a half but seemed to be getting better. I postponed first vaccinations last wk due to his cold, and we're due to go to GP tomorrow to get them done.

he's had green nappies since the onset of his cold but they were getting better. last night tho his nappy went very mucousy, had some specks of blood. next two nappies yellow, but his last one was green and mucousy (no blood). he's straining and crying, so in some discomfort during bowel movement (soz if TMI!), but OK apart from that.

he is eating well, active tho asking for lots of cuddles. so he's not ill but not well, either.

so - do i postpone again for a wk or just go for it, given that it's flu season and likely to keep on getting bugs? I am going to ask GP's advice but wanted the benefit of MN's advice first!
