Health anxiety and bloating… someone talk me down

I suffer quite badly with health anxiety and I’m massively spiralling over some bloating I’ve had the last two days. I’ve convinced myself it’s either ascites (I’m a former heavy drinker) or some sort of gynae issue (TTC so this is on my mind a lot)

It’s only been two days but it is bad, it is making me look pregnant although it’s eased over night a bit. I’ve also had some diarrhoea.

for context I’m on antibiotics and I’ve also just ovulated so I do know it can be linked to either of these things and I’m also not feeling sick or in any other way unwell, eating normally etc.

ive checked the NHS site for bloating and don’t have any concerning symptoms and it’s only been two days… I’m just massively spiralling due to health anxiety and I’ve been googling obsessively.

Not even really sure why I’m posting this other than too offload and to seek reassurance I guess.

It’ll just be the antibiotics.

Get some good quality probiotics if you want to feel you’re doing something.

Also see your GP about your anxiety, you can’t go on like this.

Put a lock on your phone for now and get put into the sun.

Thank you I’m sure you’re right and it’s just my anxiety. I have been seeing a doctor about that but it’s clearly escalated if I can’t stop thinking something is very wrong with me even though I feel perfectly well.

I will try to stay off Google (and mumsnet!) for today.
