Anyone tried green lipped mussel for joint pain?

Title says it all really, I'm postmenopausal and have very achy ankles and feet, sometimes knees as well. Just wondering whether green lipped muscles might help? My father-in-law swears by them. Has anyone tried them and how long did it take to see results if any? Thank you

I take Regenovex, and one of the ingredients is green lipped mussel. It makes a huge difference to me! I have a condition that causes wrist stiffness and used to wake up with my wrist so stiff I couldn't move it but now it's absolutely fine.

With these, you start off with a double dose for a few days and then go down to one capsule. It took about a week to notice some difference.

Regenovex also contains hyaluronic acid though so I can't be sure it's the green lipped mussel.

I did used to give green lipped mussel powder to a very arthritic pony I had and it used to really help her. I'd use it on me in a heartbeat OP

Not for me but I use YuMove for my dog and it has been miraculous. My husband has found they do human supplements too and has ordered some this weekend. We bought it for DDog for his joints but as a bonus his coat has returned to glossy black and his nails are amazing so hope we get the same benefits!
