Pressure on top of head. Anyone had this?

It’s not a normal headache as it’s usually not painful, just constant pressure on the top of my head. Worse when standing and makes me want to just lie down and shut my eyes. Doesn’t make me lightheaded or dizzy, more like I have a very heavy book on my head.
Was told it’s probably linked to ibs as that can make you lethargic and headachey, but i’m not convinced. It’s totally debilitating. Constantly cancelling plans to just lay on the sofa. Anyone had similar?

Yes, I’ve had it and it comes and goes. The last time I had it, I went to a and e, they didn’t know what it was but scanned me ct and mri and both were clear. When I’m really stressed it comes on and can cause me to get panicky.
