Breastfeeding a very fussy 7 week baby with a whole host of digestive issues. Gp and Hv have advised me to go egg free and dairy free to see if it makes a difference to babies tummy. I am needing inspiration for meals, snacks and treats that are egg free and dairy free. Any help greatly appreciated!

I had to go egg/wheat/dairy free while breast feeding my dc, until he was 21 months old. It wasn't as hard as I expected.
I just used alternatives, so what I cooked didn't really change. Following vegan recipe is one quick way to do it. You can use meat if you are not vegan instead of meat alternatives like tofu etc, but the recipe does not include dairy/egg, so makes it really easy to follow.

When making simple cake/pancakes, you can use egg alternatives like flax seed (1 tbs + 3 tbs water for one egg), or aquafaba(chickpea water). You can just alternate cow's milk with plant milk.
