Broken skin bottom of DS 3.2y

DS has a 9 month old fissure that nhs hasn't solved. He also has a very red bottom and the skin is dry and broken. We have tried several creams:E45, sudocream and others the the gp has provided.
What other creams can we use for the broken/very dry skin?
Worth mentioning he is in laxido too but the skin isn't getting any better.

Have you tried the yellow metanium? It's the only thing that ever worked for DS when he had broken skin from nappy rash.

I used a mixture of Bepanthen and metanium for episodes of bad nappy rash, bepanthen is a good moisturising barrier.
