Tingling fingers, toes and sometimes lips

20 years ago I had a herniated disc one quite low down. Have not felt any pain since then after having it treated. 3 weeks ago I sat in a new office chair with a lumbar support, after 20 minutes I had sciatic pain.Since then I've had mild back pain that's pretty much gone, but also tingling that will not go away. Pretty much non stop in right thumb, right now also in the tips of all my fingers and toes. I am sure I feel it in my arms and lips too sometimes. Could a chair really do this? I didn't think the same nerve was responsible for fingers and lips. Am keeping my eye on toilet issues to just in case too, but part of me is starting to worry it might not be related to the chair and is something else. Any one ever felt this tingling?
