Yesterday my DC fell over at a country park in the stoney car park and grazed her fingers. They bled I washed them in the toilets and tried to let them air out. They are very sore looking and formed a bit of a scab that was wet this morning. Should I be concerned or is this normal? This photo is after washing and putting savlon on.
it looks very red around it and sore to touch.
