I'm 40 years of age and was told by GP I have Polycystic ovaries without the syndrome. I have noticed hair have been falling over the past years. It looks like I may have very less hair left in a few years time, if I don't do anything about it. Does PCOS cause hair loss?

I had a baby 5 years ago and then did breastfeeding. I then took this vitamin once and it helped with the hair strength and falling, Vitabiotics Perfectil Max 84 Tablets. B

But then when I stopped it, they start falling again. Should I just continue with the vitamins, or is there anything else that can help?

Hi there! I've also got PCOS and have hair loss and if the vitamins worked for you - I'd take them still! Or try and work out what it is in them that helps (it could be Biotin, or different B-Vitamins, or iron). When my hair fall is bad I use a green tea rinse (any old green tea from the supermarket, make a cup of it in a pyrex jug, let it cool then use most of it as a final rinse & put some in a spray bottle to spray on the roots of my hair - yes it is a faff but when the hair loss is bad, this seems to help.)
I personally haven't used minoxidil (sold in boots as regaine) but this has helped some fellow sufferers. I wish you all the best, hair loss is hard.
