Periodic stomach cramps but celiac bloods ok

I'm not in great health atm. I have had ongoing fatigue and really horrible oedema for over six months. I'm currently on three antihistamines for my oedema. But its occured to me today that I have these regular bouts of stomach cramps and diarrhoea every two weeks or so. It comes on really suddenly a hour after eating and in fine by the time I go to bed.

I'm thinking I must be allergic to something to be on all these antihistamines. My iga anti bodies are normal. I had practically the same food today as yesterday. Pasta with a tomato sauce.

My gp is very keen to put me on antidepressants as I have a stressful life with a high needs child with ASD. I'm not depressed.

Is it the beginnings of something like ulcerative colitis or crohns?

Fatigue is often anaemia. But if you’ve been tested for coeliac and it’s negative then that’s not the problem. You’d be ill every single time you ate gluten, not just once every few weeks.

Yes I was thinking it cant be gluten as I eat past three times a week but I'm fine mostly. This comes on 30-60 minutes after dinner. I feel terrible for three hours then it's gone again. I guess I need to write it down and look for a pattern. I feel like I'm falling apart.

Look up bile acid malabsorption/ bile acid diarrhoea. I had similar symptoms and this is what I was diagnosed with.
