Red lump back of throat- pic attached

Hi all, I'm sorry if the pic is tmi, I have a red lump sort of thing on right side of back of mouth and a tiny white spot on left. I do have a docs appt but not until next week. I'm just curious and worried I've had these about 6 weeks now no other symptoms. Has anyone else had this that could share some insight please thank you

Tonsil stones.

maybe tonsil stones ,if you poke with your finger .If it tonsil stones one will emerge when poked

@rosydreams I have just prodded a bit with a cotton swap but no stones came out

try drinking a teaspoon of lemon juice every 15 minutes or so.

ok then ask the doctor if there is no sign of stones.Be glad if it does not look like tonsil stones ,i have had them for years

Looks like it might be a tonsil cyst.
